The meeting will be held at 11am in Conference Room D.
I would like to make a suggestion about Amy coming later to the meeting to give an opportunity to for discussion to occur that may upset her.
In previous meetings Amy became extremely upset, which affected her ability to communicate her desires.
This is just a suggestion to have Amy come in at 11:20 or 11:30.
Me:
Amy will attend with us at 11 am. It would be inappropriate to exclude her.
