Recipe Seal of Approval: Quinoa, White Bean And Kale Stew

You know what I love?  My food looked JUST like this. 

Pretty simple, but pretty tasty.  Basic, but with enough different elements it felt luxurious.   And I felt cool for using a parsnip.  We made it in one pot, as the recipe promised. 

Left out the fennel because I'm a hater.  Left out the marjoram because we're out.  Eaten with hot sauce and bread.

We're aiming to do better on feeding ourselves this term.  It's not difficult to pull two simple recipes when we go grocery shopping.  We just have to do it.

We come up with a million ways to keep ourselves fed.  The real trick is to use them.
