We have a referral packet on Amy [Last Name] from March 2011. It’s possible that we may have an opening in a home that would suit her needs. Is she still seeking residential placement? If so, would we be able to come out and meet her/observe her in her current day program?
Also, I don’t really see any mention of sleep patterns. Do you know if she sleeps through the night or typically needs any assistance overnight?
